Deep-Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 hd cauliflower florets
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 ea lemon
- sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Toss the cauliflower with the cornstarch to absorb surface moisture.
- Deep fry the cauliflower at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
- Season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, plate and serve.
